I'm always open to explore new ways to include illustrations, but I can't describe them all on my website as illustration is a very versatile artform.

Important note: a sketched character commission can not include any extra's and will have a flat color background. Due to it's simplicity in style.

Starring Joelle will keep the copyrights for all illustrations. A Copyright transfer can be bought, this fee will vary per project. Starring Joelle can always showcase the illustration on her website and social media, unless discussed otherwise.

Note: This deal does NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDE a commercial- or promotional license. If you want the illustration to include a license we'll need to discuss that. Prices vary per project.

If you don't buy a license you are not allowed to make any money of my artwork or use it in any promotional manner. That means you can't sell my illustration files to other buyers, nor can you sell products that include my illustration.

Once we've discussed the terms of the project, price and created a schedule I'll send an official quote which needs to be signed. I will not start working on the illustration until both parties have agreed and signed on. Once the project is concluded I'll send an invoice which needs to be fulfilled within 14 business days.

If you commission me from anywhere outside the Netherlands I demand a 50% upfront payment after I've delivered the first round of sketches. The project won't continue untill a payment has been made.

International payments can be made through paypal.

Do you want your illustration to include more than one character? That is not a problem. It does not matter in which style you chose the illustration, for every extra character in one illustration I charge 35% of the total of the initial illustration.

Note:

Multiple characters in one illustration means. I deliver one file that includes 2 or more characters.

If you want 5 seperate files of one character in a different pose/background. It counts as 5 different illustration and you'll start at the base price for each illustration.
