In a galaxy far away from ours is a planet without music and emotion. The governement had banned it, because they think music makes you do irriational and illogical things.

When a young scientist who is trying to work his way up by cleaning other peoples messes, finds a dvd containing a music video by the famous singer KYM from earth. He believes its his destiny to bring her to his planet. Which leads to an intergallectic war.
